Photo to text
Take a photo of your notes or a past paper. TassyPass reads the words for you, then sends them to the right tool.
How it works
- Choose what the photo is: your notes or a past paper.
- Take the photo or pick one from your gallery. The words are read straight away.
- Check the text, fix any mistakes, then save it where it belongs.
1. What is in the photo?
2. Add the photo
Photo not reading well? Other ways to get your text
- Rotate and read again. Sideways or upside-down photos read badly.
- Use your phone's own text reader. It is very accurate. On iPhone, open the photo, touch and hold the words, drag to select, then Copy. Or open Notes, tap the camera icon, choose Scan Text. On Android, open Google Lens, tap Text, then Copy text. Then tap
- Google Docs trick (any phone). Upload the photo to Google Drive, open it with Google Docs, and the words appear under the picture. Copy and paste them here.
- Say it. Tap the text box below, tap the microphone on your keyboard, and read your notes aloud.
- Load a file. Word and text files go in with Load whole notes below.
- For a clearer photo: use daylight, lay the page flat, fill the frame, hold still, one page at a time.
3. Check the text
Load as many files as you like, or paste page after page. Everything gathers in the box. Then split it into topics.
